IPJ London collaborated with QOB and Studio Ghazal on three projects in the city for the client, British Land.

The projects formed part of British Land’s ‘Work Ready’ programme, with the spaces being fitted out to a high specification and ready for immediate client occupation, as the name suggests.

Each space totalled around 15,000 sq ft and featured a mixture of open-plan workstations, collaboration areas, quiet zones, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces.

We specified products with a close eye on sustainability and flexibility, reflecting the changing nature of the modern office. The result gives the office a fresh, modern look and feel while maintaining a high level of functionality.
