IPJ London had the privilege of collaborating closely with euNetworks and MCM on a key project involving the design and fit-out of a new office space.

This initiative came on the heels of euNetworks’ decision to exercise a lease break during the pandemic, resulting in their London-based staff working from home. As the company prepared to acquire a new office to accommodate a hybrid working model, MCM was appointed to guide the process.

MCM’s role was integral in identifying the evolving work patterns and specific requirements that would best support the staff while meeting business needs. Their expertise in predicting the space required for a
modern, flexible working environment was critical in determining the right size and layout for the new office.

Once the site selection process was underway, MCM assisted with the due diligence process, ultimately helping to select a prime location in Canary Wharf. Following the selection, MCM took charge of the full design and fit-out process.

After a formal tender process, IPJ London was appointed as the main furniture provider for the project. IPJ successfully delivered a range of tailored solutions, including open-plan sit/stand desks, collaborative neighbourhoods designed to foster connection and innovation, and fully equipped boardrooms and meeting spaces designed to bridge the gap between the UK and the wider European offices.

The outcome of this collaboration is a dynamic, flexible office space that perfectly balances the needs of the business and its staff, fostering collaboration and productivity in a modern hybrid work environment.
