A recent project for Phaidon International at CityPoint is a good example. Delivered in partnership with ODCreate, we started with a detailed furniture survey, identifying what could be reused.
Key items were refurbished, existing technology retained or supplemented to ensure full functionality and surplus furniture redistributed through charity partnerships. The result was zero furniture sent to landfill, alongside clear carbon and cost benefits.
Circularity is not an add on.
It is something we can shape from the outset, helping clients make better decisions across cost, design and sustainability.
We will be sharing more on this soon, but if you are exploring how reuse could be built into your next project, we would be happy to have that conversation.
