IPJ partnered with REVCAP and Morey Smith to design a dynamic, contemporary headquarters in the heart of Fitzrovia that accommodates REVCAP’s expanding team. This design-led workspace embodies a seamless blend of function and style, with an emphasis on natural light and open, flexible spaces that encourage collaboration.

A striking raw steel and mesh staircase, with a bespoke leather balustrade, forms the focal point of the space, creating a vertical connection between floors and inspiring movement and interaction among teams.

To enhance employee engagement and well-being, the design incorporates dedicated collaborative zones and private phone booths, along with a tranquil outdoor terrace for relaxation. Wellness facilities and fitness areas promote an active work-life balance, ensuring the space caters to both productivity and health.

The project was named a finalist at the Mixology23 Project of the Year Award: Workplace Interiors (15k sq. ft), celebrating the innovative and thoughtfully crafted environment that defines REVCAP’s new home.
