IPJ collaborated with Collins Construction Ltd and Basha-Franklin, we delivered the FF&E package for Workplaces by The Crown Estate’s latest workplace project in Mayfair, helping to transform 17,500 sq.ft into a flexible, future-ready environment.
Our focus was to support the wider design intent, creating cohesive and considered spaces that balance adaptability, performance and longevity while responding to evolving occupier needs.

The scheme brings together two refurbished office floors alongside an upgraded ground floor reception, reflecting the value of early collaboration between construction, design and furniture. By aligning our contribution with the wider project vision, we helped create spaces that balance practicality, cohesion and flexibility.
