IPJ collaborated closely with the client and M Moser to facilitate a successful relocation to Eden House, a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A-rated building. This environmentally advanced facility is equipped with on-site renewable energy generation, aligning with sustainability goals.

To minimize the project’s embodied carbon impact, all furniture and materials were carefully selected based on Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), ensuring an environmentally responsible approach.

The new office design prioritises privacy and focus with single occupancy offices, while also accommodating visiting staff in additional private spaces. A thoughtful combination of informal lounge areas and traditional meeting rooms provides functionality and flexibility, supporting a variety of work styles.

Employee wellness was a central focus, with the inclusion of dedicated spaces such as a parent’s room, a zen room, and a reflection room. These features foster a supportive and caring workplace culture, enhancing overall employee well-being.
