IPJ was engaged to carry out the technical design and construction of software giant Aveva’s new London headquarters at Level 5, 30 Cannon St. The scope of work comprised a new Cat B fit out from base build, incorporating eleven meeting rooms, a briefing centre, board room, kitchen/lunch area, various breakout and informal collaboration areas as well as an open plan office area for 42 employees.
