IPJ was appointed by this client on a consultancy contract and worked on a fee basis. We were tasked with moving the client out of their existing office in Paddington Basin to a new home in St James Square. This process was reasonably complex as there was some re-use of furniture in the new space, along with product sales and disposal where required.

We worked closely with the architects to produce a full detailed furniture schedule for the eight floors of the new building. These areas included reception furniture, front of house and back of house meeting rooms, admin workstations, full executive team floor with workwalls, bespoke joinery and high end loose seating. Other areas supplied were restaurants, outdoor terrace, client break out area and quiet areas.
